We revive aging pipelines. Long-distance and large-diameter pipelines are targeted for this method.

We regenerate corroded pipelines by cleaning, washing, and lining them, and enable them to reuse for more years.

  • This lining agent withstands penetration of corrosives such as sulfides and chlorides for extended periods of time.
  • We handle all type of pipelines, such as that of water, oil, gas, LNG, and various chemicals. (Lining by other resin materials (tar epoxy, etc.) is also available depending on each purpose.)

Method of lining

Our main lining method is using pig. By extruding pigs with air, nitrogen, or other media, we remove residual material in the pipeline, clean, prepare the surface, apply a base coat, and finish the lining. We use a wide variety of pigs depending on the application.
