Signing Ceremony of the Contract for Feasibility Study by Joint Effort with Qatar Petroleum for LPG Recovery at QP's MESAIEED Refinery.

As per request made by Japan Cooperation Center, Petroleum (JCCP); a Japanese
non-profit organization under the auspices of the MET, we, CEC started the Feasibility
Study (FS) in joint effort with QP at the QP’s MESAIEED Refinery.
On Nov 15, 2006, Signing Ceremony of the Contract for the FS on LPG Recovery was
held in Qatar.
The objective of this project is to recovery LPG from the flare gas as a conservation
measure and also to reduce the flaring gas as an en environmental protection measure,
based on the accumulated knowledge and technologies related to the flare gas recovery
systems in Japan.
